Colin is soaring into 2023.

Colin Sankey released his first solo album of music in September, 2022. Then, in November, he won the Phil Jones Solo Bass Competition in New York. You will remember Colin as a devoted member of the Crossroads Band for many years. In addition to being a jazz bassist, Colin is also a composer and arranger.

Colin was a protege of Dr. Bruce Harding during his growing-up years practicing and playing regularly with the Crossroads Band. He also completed a creative music arranging assignment for his undergraduate degree in music at Vancouver Community College under Dr. Bruce’s wing during the season of Lent in his graduating year.
