Our guest preacher for the final “dedication” Sunday of our stewardship season was the Rev. Dr. Richard Topping, Principal of the Vancouver School of Theology. Richard preached a “teaching sermon” on the flow of grace received, and grateful action; on the theme of “roots” that go deep into God’s grace, and “fruits” that are borne out of the depth of that gift.

His texts were Exodus 20:1-19 and Romans 12:1-2, 9-21, and in his sermon he invited us to reflect in our lives (both individually and corporately) the tremendous generosity of God.
