Lydia Ruenzel is a currently a third-year M.Div. student at the Vancouver School of Theology and a Candidate for ministry within the United Church of Canada. She grew-up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the Congregational Church and moved to Vancouver in 2009 to attend UBC. Lydia now lives in Port Moody with her husband, Derek. In her free time, she loves to bake bread, listen to the oldies, and spend time with family and friends.
 
Lydia is looking forward to being at Crossroads these next three months, worshipping, praying, and learning with the congregation. Lydia is passionate about theology and scripture and how they can be interwoven into our everyday lives. She is really looking forward to getting to know everyone at Crossroads; it will be a wonderful journey together!
