Wednesdays at Crossroads are like a second Sunday, only different!
For those who have work commitments, kids’ activities, or family commitments we know that Sunday mornings don’t always work for everyone’s schedule. So Crossroads offers a number of activities on Wednesday evenings for spiritual growth, friendship, worship, laughter & learning.
Open Mic NightCrossroads hosts an Open Mic from 7:00–9:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month. Anyone is welcome to share a song, poem, spoken word, or instrumental piece. It is a relaxed atmosphere with candle-lit tables and even a small café to purchase a coffee, tea or goodies.
A Creative SpiritA Creative Spirit is held on the third Wednesday of each month from 7:00–9:30 p.m. This low-key evening offers space for adult and youth participants to engage with Scripture and the faith tradition through a hands-on art or crafting discipline. Facilitated by artists within our congregation, these playful evenings are grounded in Scripture and focused on building our faith community. Registration will be required and there may be a small materials fee depending on the project. More information is available through the church office.
